Kundalini Rising is when we wake up and raise our life force energy to move up the channels of our spine and out of our crown chakra. We do this through specific techniques of breathwork, yoga poses and mantra. This is also known as the fountain of life.
Kundalini Yoga came from east India.
It is the 8th limb of Yoga. Yogi Bahjan was a master guru who brought the teachings to the west in the 60’s. He brought it here with the intentions to assist humanity through the change of times, from the Piscean Age into now the Aquarian age. The Ages change ever 1250 years.
I call it Kundalini Rising because it is the practice of raising our Kundalini energy from the base of our spine, the root chakra, up the spinal channels to our crown chakra.
The gong is the sound of the Universe. Its vibrations impact the body and its meridians on a cellular level. It releases blocks, reduces tension, and stimulates circulation which initiates an awakening of your consciousness for a complete transformation.
Ascension is the awakening and deepening of the human consciousness. This is when humanity releases all of the low density programs, breaking the wheel of ancestral karma.
This is the neutral point in the mind. It is the infinite that does not have any limitations or polarity and functions on the laws of the universe: Unconditional love & abundance.
